These terms and conditions apply to all products ordered online.
Payment for all orders must be made online using the barclays epdq secure payment service. Cash can be paid in over the counter at you local barclays or instore. We also take credit and debit card payments over the phone providing that the card is registered to the same address as the delivery address.
All files need to be supplied as a high resolution jpeg or a print ready pdf, please ensure all fonts are outlined / curved and images are embedded.
All files need to be supplied with at least a 3mm bleed, if files are supplied without the correct amount of bleed we will put a border around the artwork for cutting purposes.
Printexpert.co.uk will notify you as soon as possible if the artwork supplied is not printable, I.e low resolution.
Orders need to be paid for by 10am for same day despatch any orders paid for after this time will despatch the following day. Although we endeavour to despatch orders on the same day sometimes circumstances beyond our control may delay deliveries.
Although we use reputable courier companies Printexpert.co.uk cannot be held responsible for 3rd party loss / errors for example late deliveries via city link, tnt or courier.
If printexpert.co.uk does not contact you within 24 hours please contact us to chase up the progress on your order.
All order cancellations need to be sent via email stating the job name. We do not accept cancellations via phone. Once we have received your order flyers, leaflets, business cards, brochures, stationery ie all products can go on the print run in as quickly as 5 - 10 minutes, if we do not receive a cancellation email before this you may incur a plate charge of £40.
All of our jobs especially the flyer runs are run on grids shared with other clients, colour and tone can vary from one print run to another, printexpert.co.uk does not accept responsibility for such variations.
We will always aim to supply the exact or more quantities of goods ordered however from time to time there may be a variation of 5% less or more.
Quantity changes to orders must be emailed before the job is processed we cannot take this information over the phone. If the job has already been processed you may be charged at the standard rate as on the price lists.
In an unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the goods ordered we reserve the right to reprint the goods from the original files supplied. If it is an artwork issue we reserve the right not to refund or reprint your order. All files must be supplied with bleeds and be in a correct printing format, if files are supplied without bleeds we will put a 3-5mm border around all artwork which will be visable when cut.
Refunds will take 3-4 working days to process once printexpert.co.uk have agreed to refund.
To avoid mistakes with artwork and to ensure that the files are printed to the best quality please read our supplying artwork section which outlines how to save files and best ways to achieve certain colour shades.
Complaints must be made in writing within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Any complaints made after this time period will no longer be valid. Although we will try our best to deal with a complaint immediately there may be times when it can take up to 24 hours. Prices We reserve the right to alter any prices without notice. Beta launch The beta launch logo is displayed in the left had corner of the website. Meaning that the site is under construction our developers are working continually to complete all aspects of the site. During this beta launch period some prices and product descriptions may be incorrect. At printexpert.co.uk we will notify you if once an order is placed if the prices are incorrect, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
